Upcoming AtomEmailPro Update: Smarter Sending Logic, Advanced Thread Control, and Account Grouping

We are preparing a major upcoming update for AtomEmailPro, with a strong focus on improving the email sending logic and overall system flexibility.

This update is currently in the final stage and will be released very soon.
Below is a preview of what’s coming next.

1. Rebuilt Email Sending Logic (Coming Soon)

Our development team has reworked and optimized the core sending logic of AtomEmailPro.

The new sending engine is designed to:

  • Improve stability during long-running campaigns

  • Handle large-scale sending tasks more efficiently

  • Provide better coordination between tasks, accounts, and threads

This upgrade lays a stronger foundation for future performance and scalability improvements.

2. Independent Thread Settings for Tasks and Accounts

In the upcoming version, AtomEmailPro will allow you to configure thread limits separately for different components.

You will be able to set:

  • Task threads – how many sending tasks run at the same time

  • Account threads – how many email accounts are used in parallel

This gives you finer control over resource usage and makes it easier to adapt to different hardware environments and sending strategies.

3. New Account Grouping Feature

We are also introducing a brand-new account grouping system.

With this feature, you will be able to:

  • Organize email accounts into logical groups

  • Separate accounts by campaign, provider, or quality level

  • Manage large account pools more efficiently

Account grouping simplifies complex setups and prepares AtomEmailPro for more advanced usage scenarios.

4. Group-Based Account Usage Limits

Along with account grouping, the upcoming update will support group-level account usage limits.

This means you can:

  • Apply sending limits to an entire group instead of individual accounts

  • Protect important accounts with stricter rules

  • Test new or warming accounts in isolated groups

This approach reduces manual work and helps maintain healthier sending behavior.

5. Planned UI and Interface Improvements

In addition to backend improvements, we are also planning user interface optimizations.

These will focus on:

  • Improving usability and workflow

  • Making advanced settings easier to understand

  • Enhancing the overall user experience

More UI improvements will be introduced progressively in future updates.

Conclusion

This upcoming update represents a significant step forward for AtomEmailPro.

With a rebuilt sending logic, independent thread control, account grouping, and group-based limits, AtomEmailPro will offer:

  • Greater flexibility

  • Better scalability

  • Stronger control for large-scale email sending

We look forward to releasing this update very soon.
